The open head orbital welding machine is designed as a tool for filler wire orbital TIG welding. This series of welding heads has AVC/OSC functions and is commonly used for thick-wall (1.5mm - 20mm) pipe-to-pipe/elbow/flange welding. The full range of welding heads covers the pipe outer diameter range from 16mm to 324mm. Tube-to-tube welds are a form of caliper design,pipes can be easily clamped and easily adjusted to accommodate pipes of different diameters.
